Apply liberally at least 15 min before sun exposure. If you apply any sunscreen after you’ve already been in the sun for a bit, the sunscreen is not as effective.

We recommend that you reapply every 80 minutes if swimming or sweating because that's the right thing to do. However we know that;s not real life. That's why we specifically engineered this stuff to really stay put. Just check out some of our reviews!
