FSA and HSA credit cards and accounts may be used to pay for medical services. At this time, we are unable to see Medicare or Medicaid patients and unable to accept commercial insurance.

This depends on your insurance coverage. Whenever possible we attempt to prescribe medications to our network of trusted pharmacies who want to get you the recommended treatment to you at the best price. We also work directly with compounding pharmacies to create customized prescriptions for you.

Yes, medical care and advice may seem like it ought to be free, but every time a doctor provides a medical opinion or prescription there are accrued administrative and legal responsibilities towards you as their patient. Our pricing for follow up visits are in line or in many cases, less expensive than in office copays (starting at $45 for simple refills and $150 for a visit that involves treatment modification, photo review or chat).

Once you start the questionnaire you enter a secure portal where only you have access. Similarly, each of our doctors goes through a verification process and can only access your data using their unique security access.

Payment is via credit card processed via Stripe and is secure.

We will review the photos and request additional ones along with our advice on how to take the best photos.

Yes, if the doctor believes you need prescription medicine, this will be prescribed.

This depends on the diagnosis. Generally, improvement can be seen as soon as two weeks, but typically 8 to 12 weeks is when significant improvements are noted.

Your prescription will be filled at the pharmacy you provide for us. If you do not provide a pharmacy we will send the prescription to one of our pharmacy partners in your area.

You must be 18 years of age to access Skinsage without a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must set up the visit on your behalf and will be involved with all communication.

Some diagnoses and treatment protocols will need laboratory work. We can send these orders to you directly via fax, email or digitally and you may obtain blood-work at a laboratory of your choice.
